Ingredients:
4 lbs. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
24 Buns
1 Large Container of Cole Slaw
1 Medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
2 Red Tomatoes, sliced
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat BBQ tray according to package instructions. Alternatively, place thawed product in slow-cooker and heat on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Place cole slaw, thinly sliced onions and tomato slices into serving containers. Let guests make their own BBQ sandwich.
