BBQ Bean Dip

BBQ Bean Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
1 can Jalapenos
1 can Green Chiles
2 cans Refried Beans
1 bag Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 bag Tortilla Chips
Instructions:
  1. Thaw Byron’s Fully Cooked Pork BBQ (ideally overnight in fridge).
  2. Mix pork, beans, chiles and desired jalapenos in small bowl.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, mix in cheese (holding back a bit for topping) and microwave for another 90 seconds.

Remove from microwave, stir, top with remaining cheese, garnish with a lime slice and serve with tortilla chips!
