BBQ Pot Pies

Barbecued Brisket Pot Pie with a Cornbread topping
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ, thawed
1 (7 oz.) package cornbread mix
Items needed to prepare corn bread Milk, Eggs, etc.
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Divide barbeque evenly among four individual serving size oven-proof dishes. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions but do not bake.
  4. Spread unbaked cornbread mixture evenly over the top of the brisket.
  5. Place the pot pies on the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cornbread topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
