Recipes: Grilled BBQ Pizza
Keep the heat out of the kitchen with this simple grill recipe. Crispy crust and sweet and smoky BBQ pork are a perfect match in this delicious pizza. Sprinkle finished pizzas with chopped fresh parsley for a little color, and watch the slices disappear.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
- 16 oz. BBQ sauce
- 4 large prepared pizza crusts
- 1 large green bell peppers, diced
- 1 large red onions, sliced
- 1 bag shredded colby jack cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat BBQ tray according to package instructions.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Assemble pizzas by spreading equal parts BBQ sauce, BBQ Pork, sliced red onions, diced green bell peppers and cheese on each.
- Place pizzas on grill and cook with lid closed for 10-12 minutes. Check periodically to ensure even cooking among all pizzas.
