Grilled BBQ Pizza

Keep the heat out of the kitchen with this simple grill recipe. Crispy crust and sweet and smoky BBQ pork are a perfect match in this delicious pizza. Sprinkle finished pizzas with chopped fresh parsley for a little color, and watch the slices disappear.


Ingredients


  • 2 lb. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
  • 16 oz. BBQ sauce
  • 4 large prepared pizza crusts
  • 1 large green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 large red onions, sliced
  • 1 bag shredded colby jack cheese
 

Preparation


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat BBQ tray according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Assemble pizzas by spreading equal parts BBQ sauce, BBQ Pork, sliced red onions, diced green bell peppers and cheese on each.
  3. Place pizzas on grill and cook with lid closed for 10-12 minutes. Check periodically to ensure even cooking among all pizzas.
