Pulled Pork Enchiladas

A new idea for BBQ lovers - traditional BBQ with a Mexican twist!



Ingredients


 

Preparation


  1. Thaw Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ (ideally overnight in fridge).
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Pour enchilada sauce into a medium sized tray or baking dish (sprayed with spray butter first). Place tortilla in sauce to full cover.
  4. Place tortilla in second baking dish, fill with pork and roll up tortilla. Continue until all tortillas are filled.
  5. Arrange filled tortillas in a row and pour remaining enchilada sauce over top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
